Description

A simple and luscious 3-ingredient no-bake chocolate pie featuring a creamy chocolate filling set in a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for an easy, indulgent dessert without using the oven.


Ingredients

1 prepared graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form using a hand mixer.
  3. Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until smooth and fully combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow the pie to set completely.
  6. Slice and serve, optionally garnished with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate before folding.

You can substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust or other cookie crusts.

To make dairy-free, try using coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream.

Add a layer of peanut butter or caramel in the crust for a surprise filling.
