Description

This 3-Minute Fudge is a quick, no-bake treat with a perfect balance of peanut butter and chocolate. It's creamy, melt-in-your-mouth, and satisfies your sweet tooth in no time.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

1 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, if desired.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer a firmer fudge, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk or refrigerate for a longer period.

Mix-ins such as crushed nuts, mini marshmallows, or crushed cookies can be added after melting.

For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate.

This recipe can be doubled; adjust the refrigeration time accordingly.
