Description

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free milk)

1 tablespoon neutral oil (like canola or avocado)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Coating:

2 tablespoons melted butter (or vegan butter)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the yogurt, milk, oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
  4. With lightly floured hands, roll the dough into 1-inch balls (about 12 to 14 bites).
  5. Place the balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  6. Air fry for 7–9 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. While warm, brush each bite with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
