Ingredients
2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or 70% cocoa chocolate)
1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the melted chocolate, avocados, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Scoop the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Notes
