Description

A creamy and healthy avocado ranch dip with Greek yogurt, perfect for dipping veggies, chips, or as a flavorful spread for sandwiches and wraps. Made with fresh herbs, tangy yogurt, and zesty seasonings, this dip is a delicious alternative to store-bought ranch dressing.


Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

23 tablespoons milk (for desired consistency)


Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado into a mixing bowl and mash until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Mix in the fresh parsley and chives for added flavor.
  4. Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, chips, or as a spread.

Notes

For extra creaminess, blend all ingredients in a food processor.

To prevent browning, store with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the dip.

For a spicy version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
