Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
2–3 tablespoons milk (for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado into a mixing bowl and mash until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the fresh parsley and chives for added flavor.
- Gradually add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, chips, or as a spread.
Notes
For extra creaminess, blend all ingredients in a food processor.
To prevent browning, store with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface of the dip.
For a spicy version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
