Description

Tender baked chicken breasts smothered in a rich and creamy Caesar and Parmesan sauce. This easy, flavorful dinner is perfect for weeknights or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
