1/4 cup milk (any type)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk and oil. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips (if using).
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute peanut butter with plant-based versions and use non-dairy milk like almond or oat milk. Use dairy-free chocolate chips if desired.
Add chopped nuts like walnuts, almonds, or pecans for a crunchy texture.
For a fruity twist, try mixing in blueberries or strawberries for a burst of flavor.
