Description

A creamy and refreshing Banana Peach Smoothie made with ripe bananas, frozen peaches, yogurt, and optional honey, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a healthy dessert.


Ingredients

2 fresh bananas

2 cups frozen peaches

1 cup yogurt (plain or your favorite flavor)

1 cup ice cubes

1 tbsp honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks for easier blending.
