Description
A creamy, sweet, and gently spicy Bang Bang Sauce that comes together in about a minute. Perfect as a dip, drizzle, or spread for shrimp, seafood bowls, tacos, wraps, and vegetables.
Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- Place the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, and rice vinegar into a small bowl.
- Whisk everything together until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the spice level if needed by adding more chili garlic sauce.
- Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate to allow the flavors to deepen.
- Drizzle or serve with crispy shrimp, salmon, tacos, wraps, salads, or vegetables.
Notes
For a milder sauce, reduce the chili garlic sauce and add a little extra mayonnaise.
Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a brighter, tangy flavor.
A pinch of smoked paprika adds a subtle smoky depth.
Stir in a small drizzle of honey if you prefer a sweeter sauce.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and stir before serving.
