Description

A creamy, sweet, and gently spicy Bang Bang Sauce that comes together in about a minute. Perfect as a dip, drizzle, or spread for shrimp, seafood bowls, tacos, wraps, and vegetables.

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, and rice vinegar into a small bowl.
  2. Whisk everything together until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the spice level if needed by adding more chili garlic sauce.
  4. Use immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate to allow the flavors to deepen.
  5. Drizzle or serve with crispy shrimp, salmon, tacos, wraps, salads, or vegetables.

Notes

For a milder sauce, reduce the chili garlic sauce and add a little extra mayonnaise.

Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a brighter, tangy flavor.

A pinch of smoked paprika adds a subtle smoky depth.

Stir in a small drizzle of honey if you prefer a sweeter sauce.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and stir before serving.
