Ingredients

8 oz fresh burrata cheese

2 cups heirloom tomatoes, sliced

1 cup mixed greens or arugula

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Arrange the mixed greens or arugula on a serving plate.
