Description

Ingredients

8 oz rotini or penne pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup mozzarella pearls (or diced fresh mozzarella)

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp honey (optional)

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
