Description

A calming and creamy smoothie made with chamomile tea, banana, and coconut milk, perfect for stress relief and gentle nourishment. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free.


Ingredients

1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tablespoon almond butter

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Brew the chamomile tea ahead of time and let it cool completely.
  2. Add the cooled tea, banana, coconut milk, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a tropical twist, substitute the banana with frozen mango.

Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients without affecting the flavor.

Include a scoop of plant-based protein powder for a protein boost.

Cashew butter can replace almond butter if desired.
