Ingredients
1 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Brew the chamomile tea ahead of time and let it cool completely.
- Add the cooled tea, banana, coconut milk, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a tropical twist, substitute the banana with frozen mango.
Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients without affecting the flavor.
Include a scoop of plant-based protein powder for a protein boost.
Cashew butter can replace almond butter if desired.
