Description

Cherry Cheesecake Fluff is a creamy, fluffy, and sweet dessert with a refreshing cherry topping. It combines the rich taste of cheesecake with a light, airy texture and a bit of crunch from graham cracker crumbs.


Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Carefully stir in the cherry pie filling, keeping some of the cherries whole for added texture.
  5. Transfer the fluff into a serving bowl or individual cups. Optionally, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top for a bit of crunch.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

For a different flavor, you can swap cherry pie filling with other fruit pie fillings like blueberry, strawberry, or mixed berry.

Adding chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts gives a nice texture contrast.

Flavored whipped topping can be used to enhance the dessert's flavor, such as vanilla bean or strawberry whipped topping.
