Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or agave
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Optional: pinch of espresso powder or cinnamon
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and coconut oil together.
- Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and any optional flavorings like espresso powder or cinnamon.
