Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1/3 pound turkey slices

8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

1/3 pound large deli pepperoni slices

8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced

1/3 pound large deli salami slices

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 egg white, beaten

Marinara or pizza sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  2. Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into an 18x12-inch rectangle.
  3. Season Dough: Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese.
  4. Layer Fillings: Leave a 1-inch border and layer the turkey, mozzarella, pepperoni, provolone, and salami slices. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  5. Roll and Seal: Starting from the long edge, carefully roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal.
  6. Egg Wash and Topping: Place the stromboli seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with the beaten egg white and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over it.
  7. Score and Bake: Make 3-4 slits on top to allow steam to escape. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Rest and Serve: Let the stromboli cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make-Ahead: Prepare the stromboli in advance and refrigerate for a few hours before baking. Add the egg wash just before baking for the best results.

Freezing: Freeze unbaked stromboli wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge and bake as directed.

Storage: Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for a crispy crust or microwave individual slices.
