Soft, chewy, and packed with bright orange flavor, these creamsicle orange cookies taste just like the classic creamsicle popsicle! Made with a cake mix base, they’re quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients
1 box (15.25 ounces) white cake mix
1 box (3 ounces) orange jello
2 tablespoons orange zest
8 tablespoons salted butter, softened
2 large eggs, room temperature
11 ounces white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, orange jello, and orange zest.
- Cream Butter & Eggs: In another bowl, beat the softened butter and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Combine Wet & Dry: Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until well combined.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Stir in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Shape & Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll them into balls, and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool & Enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve and enjoy!
