Description

Cupid’s Hot Chocolate is a creamy and festive pink drink made with white chocolate, milk, and a touch of vanilla—perfect for Valentine’s Day or cozy moments of self-love.

Ingredients

2 cups milk (any kind)

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 drops red or pink food coloring

Whipped cream, for topping

Valentine’s sprinkles, for topping

Mini heart-shaped marshmallows or regular marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk and white chocolate chips.
  2. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth, without letting it boil.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and food coloring until the desired pink shade is reached.
  4. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
  5. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and marshmallows.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use strawberry milk for a fruitier version.

Swap in almond or oat milk and vegan white chocolate for a dairy-free option.

Add peppermint extract for a minty twist.

Stir with a heart-shaped candy cane for added flair.

Add a dollop of strawberry syrup for a deeper pink and extra flavor.
