Description

Crispy, cheesy, garlic-butter-coated Parmesan Bread Bites inspired by Domino’s. Made with pizza dough and baked until golden, they're perfect for dipping and sharing.

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (optional)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ½-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the dough into small bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1½ inches each.
  4. Arrange the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet with a little space between them.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each dough bite.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley while still warm.
  9. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Mix in mozzarella with Parmesan for extra cheesy bites.

Add red pepper flakes for a spicy version.

Use fresh garlic and basil for an Italian twist.

Stuff dough pieces with mozzarella cubes for a melty surprise.

Top with everything bagel seasoning for a flavor variation.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in oven for best texture.

Freeze baked bites and reheat from frozen at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.

Use gluten-free pizza dough for a gluten-free version.
