Make your Easter brunch extra special with these adorable Easter Bunny Sandwiches! Perfect for kids and festive gatherings, these easy-to-make sandwiches are as fun to decorate as they are to eat. Whether you prefer a sweet or savory twist, they’re customizable and guaranteed to bring smiles to the table.

Ingredients

8 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or gluten-free)

4 tbsp cream cheese or peanut butter

4 tbsp fruit jam or honey

1 small carrot, thinly sliced (for whiskers)

8 raisins or blueberries (for eyes)

4 small strawberries, sliced (for noses)

1 banana, sliced (for bunny ears)

1 bunny-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions

  1. Use a bunny-shaped cookie cutter to cut each slice of bread into a bunny shape.
  2. Spread cream cheese or peanut butter on half of the bunny-shaped bread slices.
  3. Add a layer of fruit jam or honey on top of the spread.
  4. Place the remaining bunny-shaped bread slices on top to create sandwiches.
  5. Decorate each sandwich:
  • Use raisins or blueberries for eyes.
  • Add a strawberry slice for the nose.
  • Place thinly sliced carrot strips on either side of the nose for whiskers.
  • Attach banana slices at the top for bunny ears.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Savory Version: Swap jam/honey for ham and cheese or cucumber and cream cheese.

Nut-Free Alternative: Use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.

Extra Crunch: Add a thin slice of apple for a crisp bite.

Chocolate Twist: Drizzle with melted chocolate for a dessert-style treat.

Whole Grain Boost: Use whole wheat or oat bread for extra fiber.
