Description

A crisp, creamy, and refreshing appetizer, these cucumber bites are made with a smooth cream cheese base, fresh dill, and crunchy cucumber. Perfect for parties or a quick snack, they require no cooking and are ready in minutes.


Ingredients

1 cucumber

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cherry tomatoes (optional, for garnish)

Fresh dill sprigs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Using a spoon or piping bag, place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
