Ingredients
1 cucumber
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds and set aside.
 - In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
 - Using a spoon or piping bag, place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.
 - Garnish each bite with half a cherry tomato or a small sprig of dill, if desired.
 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
