Ingredients
1 cup orzo pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

Instructions
- Cook the orzo according to the package directions, then drain and set aside to cool.
