Description

This Easy Peanut Butter Fudge is a no-bake treat made with just four pantry staples. Rich, creamy, and ready in minutes, it's perfect for holidays, gifts, or satisfying a quick sweet craving.


Ingredients

2 cups creamy peanut butter

1 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 3/4 cups powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter.
  3. Microwave the mixture on high for 2 minutes, stir well, then microwave for another 2 minutes until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated and thick.
  6. Spread the fudge into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  8. Once firm, cut into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
