Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
12 slider buns
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the rotisserie chicken using two forks or your hands.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until fully coated.
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns, then place the top halves on.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately, or warm in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5–10 minutes for a toasty finish.
