Ingredients
5 large strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries and honey in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Measure out about 1/4 cup of the strawberry purée.
- Stir the strawberry purée into the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with one corner snipped off.
- Line a tray or sheet pan with parchment or wax paper, then pipe small 1-inch dollops onto the surface.
- Freeze the bites for about 1 hour, or until firm.
- Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy.
Notes
Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan version.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
Mix in mini chocolate chips or finely chopped nuts for texture.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
