Ingredients

5 large strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut

1 tablespoon honey

1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries and honey in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Measure out about 1/4 cup of the strawberry purée.
  3. Stir the strawberry purée into the Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with one corner snipped off.
  5. Line a tray or sheet pan with parchment or wax paper, then pipe small 1-inch dollops onto the surface.
  6. Freeze the bites for about 1 hour, or until firm.
  7. Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy.

Notes

Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan version.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Mix in mini chocolate chips or finely chopped nuts for texture.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy directly from the freezer; do not reheat.
