Ingredients
1 package (1 lb) sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 cup raspberry preserves
1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, butter, and egg. Stir until a dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the raspberry preserves evenly over the dough layer, covering the entire surface.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the bars are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
