Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar, stirring until well combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Spoon dollops of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter, pressing it slightly to spread it out.
- For an extra chocolatey touch, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top (optional).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, with just a few crumbs.
