Description

Garlic Bread Ritz Bits are a quick, crispy, and buttery snack made with Ritz crackers, garlic butter, and Parmesan. Perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

1 sleeve Ritz crackers

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Parmesan (if using).
  3. Arrange the Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Using a spoon, drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the crackers, ensuring each one is lightly coated.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes to restore crispiness.

Try adding different cheeses like mozzarella or cheddar for a cheesy twist.

For a spicier version, sprinkle red pepper flakes before baking.
