Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cook the Meatballs:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
