Ingredients
1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss everything until the chicken is well coated.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers for easier grilling (optional).
- Grill the chicken bites for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked with a nice char on the outside.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by combining mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the chicken or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley for added color and flavor.
Notes
