Description

A festive, non-alcoholic green holiday punch with fruity flavors, fizzy soda, and creamy sherbet. Perfect for Christmas parties and kid-friendly celebrations.


Ingredients

1/2 gallon lime sherbet

1 liter lemon-lime soda (like Sprite or 7UP), chilled

1 liter pineapple juice, chilled

1 packet unsweetened lemon-lime Kool-Aid (optional, for extra green color and flavor)

Red sanding sugar or sprinkles (for garnish)

Corn syrup (for rimming glasses)

Maraschino cherries (optional, for decoration)


Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled lemon-lime soda and pineapple juice.
  2. If using, stir in the lemon-lime Kool-Aid until fully dissolved.
  3. Gently add scoops of lime sherbet to the punch to create a frothy top.
  4. For garnish, dip the rims of glasses into corn syrup, then into red sanding sugar or sprinkles.
  5. Ladle the punch into the prepared glasses.
  6. Optionally top each serving with a maraschino cherry.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Swap lime sherbet for rainbow sherbet for a colorful twist.

Use ginger ale instead of lemon-lime soda for a tangier flavor.

Add a splash of coconut rum or vodka for an adult version (optional).

Freeze the punch mixture into ice cubes to keep drinks cold without dilution.
