Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni slices (optional)
1/2 cup cooked vegetables (mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers)
1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
