Description

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a quick, creamy, and flavorful side dish made with frozen corn, butter, honey, and cream cheese. It's ready in just 15 minutes and pairs well with a variety of main dishes.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons honey

1 (10 oz) bag frozen corn, thawed

2 ounces cream cheese, cubed

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add honey and stir until fully combined.
  3. Add thawed corn and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
  4. Stir in cubed cream cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

Add chopped green onions or crumbled bacon for extra flavor.

Try a pinch of smoked paprika or cayenne for a subtle kick.

Stir in shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesier version.

Fresh corn can be used instead of frozen when in season.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat gently on the stove or microwave with a splash of milk if needed.
