Ingredients
1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons hot sauce (such as sriracha)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the honey glaze. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat.

- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
