Crunchy and flavorful, these keto almond flour crackers are a perfect low-carb, gluten-free, and grain-free snack. Easy to make with just a few ingredients, they’re crisp, customizable, and great for dipping or snacking on their own.
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups almond flour
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1–2 tablespoons water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together almond flour, ground flaxseed, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the egg and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- If the dough is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until it holds together without being sticky.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Score the dough into small squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer the parchment with the dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden and crisp.
- Let cool completely, then break into individual crackers and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Add different seasonings like rosemary, smoked paprika, or Italian herbs for variety.
Sprinkle sea salt or sesame seeds on top before baking for extra texture.
Use nutritional yeast for a dairy-free cheesy flavor.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Re-crisp in a 300°F oven if needed.
