Description

This key lime dip is a zesty and creamy treat bursting with fresh lime flavor, perfect with fruit, cookies, or desserts. Quick to make and refreshingly tangy.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for extra creaminess)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)

1 teaspoon lime zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, key lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld and thicken.
  4. Serve chilled with fresh fruit, graham crackers, or cookies for dipping.

Notes

For extra creaminess, swap Greek yogurt for sour cream.

Add honey or maple syrup for a sweeter touch.

Mix in crushed graham crackers or toasted coconut for texture and flavor.

Increase lime zest or add lime extract for a stronger lime flavor.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Do not freeze as texture may change.

Serve chilled to maintain creamy texture.
