Description

Lemon Fluff is the perfect dessert when you're craving something light, creamy, and refreshingly tangy. This easy no-bake treat is bursting with the bright flavors of lemon and is ideal for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons lemon juice


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the instant lemon pudding mix and milk together until thickened.
  3. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice for that fresh citrus kick.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  6. Transfer the lemon fluff to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

To make it more tangy, add more lemon zest or lemon juice.

If you'd like to add some texture, top the fluff with fresh berries or a graham cracker crust.

For a richer lemon flavor, swirl in some lemon curd before chilling.

A sprinkle of toasted coconut can give it a tropical twist.
