Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
1 package (3.4 oz) instant lemon pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the instant lemon pudding mix and milk together until thickened.
- Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice for that fresh citrus kick.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Transfer the lemon fluff to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
To make it more tangy, add more lemon zest or lemon juice.
