Description

A fun and refreshing no-cook breakfast treat, these Milk and Cereal Breakfast Popsicles blend creamy yogurt, milk, and your favorite childhood cereals into a grab-and-go frozen delight perfect for summer mornings.


Ingredients

2 cups whole milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 cups cereal of choice (Froot Loops, Fruity Pebbles, Cheerios, etc.)

Optional: fresh fruit slices (like banana or strawberries)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Place a few pieces of cereal into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into the molds until about 3/4 full.
  4. Add more cereal into each mold and gently push it down with a spoon or popsicle stick so it's evenly distributed.
  5. Optional: Add thin fruit slices along the sides of the mold for extra color and flavor.
  6. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully set.
  7. To remove, run the molds under warm water for 20–30 seconds and gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

Use dairy-free milk and yogurt for a vegan version.

Customize with different cereals like Fruity Pebbles, Cheerios, or cocoa cereal.

Mix in fruit like blueberries or raspberries for added flavor and nutrition.

Add protein powder for an extra nutritional boost—just whisk well to prevent clumps.

Popsicles can be stored in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 weeks.
