Description

Ingredients
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
1 package fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine)
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewers or toothpicks
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
 - Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer or toothpick.
 - Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.
 - Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
 - Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
 
Notes
Assemble skewers up to 4 hours in advance and refrigerate without balsamic glaze.
Drizzle glaze just before serving to maintain a fresh appearance.
Use heirloom cherry tomatoes for extra color and flavor variety.
Try vegan cheese or tofu for a dairy-free version.
