Description

A creamy, tangy, and protein-rich snack, these No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Bites combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, oats, and almond flour for a wholesome treat bursting with blueberries and natural sweetness—perfect for a quick, healthy energy boost.


Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

1 cup almond flour

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

¼ cup cream cheese (softened)

¼ cup Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  4. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough-like consistency forms.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions and roll into small bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

Swap blueberries with raspberries or diced strawberries for variety.

Use plant-based cream cheese and yogurt with maple syrup for a vegan version.

Add chopped nuts for extra crunch.

Roll in shredded coconut or crushed freeze-dried berries for added texture.
