Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are rich, creamy, and satisfyingly indulgent, offering the perfect peanut butter and cheesecake combination in a perfectly portioned treat. They are easy to make with no oven required and are ideal for warm days or when you're short on time.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix in the powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.
  5. For added texture and flavor, roll the balls in mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts.
  6. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate them for at least an hour until firm.
  7. Once chilled, serve the balls straight from the fridge for a cool, creamy treat.

Notes

For a different flavor, you can swap peanut butter with almond butter or cashew butter.

If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a little more powdered sugar.

Try dipping the balls in melted chocolate for a festive touch or drizzling chocolate on top.

You can also use crushed pretzels instead of graham cracker crumbs for a salty twist.
