Description

Creamy, sweet, and packed with protein, these No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls combine oats, almond flour, freeze-dried strawberries, and cream cheese into a delicious, healthy snack that’s perfect for post-workout fuel or a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup almond flour

1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

12 tablespoons almond milk (as needed)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, almond flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well blended.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Mix again until a thick dough forms.
  3. If the mixture is dry or crumbly, add almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough holds together.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

Use gluten-free oats to make this recipe gluten-free.

Substitute dairy-free cream cheese and plant-based protein powder for a dairy-free version.

Try different freeze-dried fruits like raspberries or blueberries for variety.

Add mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts for extra texture.

Greek yogurt can be used instead of cream cheese for a lighter option.
