Description

A refreshing tropical punch made with pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice. This quick non-alcoholic drink is smooth, fruity, and perfect for parties or summer gatherings.


Ingredients

4 cups pineapple juice

2 cups coconut water (unsweetened)

1/2 cup cream of coconut

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

Ice cubes

Lime wheels for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place a large pitcher on the counter and pour in the pineapple juice, coconut water, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice.
  2. Stir thoroughly until the cream of coconut is completely blended and the mixture looks smooth.
  3. Taste the punch and adjust the flavor by adding more lime juice if a tangier taste is desired. Stir again to combine.
  4. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the punch over the ice and garnish each glass with a lime wheel before serving.

Notes

Add sparkling water or lemon-lime soda just before serving for a fizzy version.

Blend the mixture with crushed ice to create a frozen mocktail.

Add pineapple chunks, orange slices, or maraschino cherries to the pitcher for extra fruit flavor and color.

For a creamier texture, mix in a small amount of coconut milk.
