Description

This One-Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Ravioli recipe brings together tender steak, a creamy garlic butter sauce, and cheesy ravioli in a quick and easy 30-minute meal. Perfect for busy weeknights, this one-pan dish delivers bold flavors with minimal prep.

Ingredients

1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cups cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

  2. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add beef broth, heavy cream, dried thyme, and dried rosemary to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

  4. Add ravioli to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes (or as per package instructions) until tender and cooked through.

  5. Return the steak to the skillet, tossing everything together until evenly mixed.

  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the dish and stir until the cheese melts, creating a creamy sauce.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

If you prefer a vegetarian version, swap the steak for mushrooms or plant-based protein.

For a spicy kick, try adding red pepper flakes or jalapeño with the garlic.

You can add extra veggies like spinach, bell peppers, or zucchini for more flavor and nutrients.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop with a splash of broth or cream.
