Description

Chewy, fudgy, and packed with peanut butter, these no-bake cookies are a quick and easy treat that requires no oven. Perfect for satisfying sweet cravings in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 3/4 cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups quick oats


Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the sugar, milk, and cocoa powder (if using).
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for exactly 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the quick oats and mix until fully combined and coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Flatten them slightly if desired.
  8. Let the cookies cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes
