Ingredients
For the Cake:
1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 large eggs
¾ cup pineapple juice
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix and pudding mix.
- Add eggs, pineapple juice, oil, water, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and vanilla for the glaze.
- Let cake cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack.
- Drizzle warm cake with glaze and let it soak in.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
