Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
½ onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
For the Stir-Fry Sauce:
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Toss sliced chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Veggies: In the same pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add onion, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the veggies are crisp-tender.
