This Quick & Easy Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole is a hearty and satisfying dish made with crescent rolls, eggs, cheese, and breakfast meats, perfect for busy mornings or feeding a crowd.
Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or crumbled bacon
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange them in the bottom of the baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage or bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
This casserole can be made ahead of time by preparing it the night before and refrigerating overnight.
