Ingredients
2 oz raspberry syrup
1 oz white chocolate syrup
1 oz heavy cream
1 oz milk
1 tablespoon white chocolate syrup (for glass drizzle)
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
White chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions
- Drizzle white chocolate syrup inside a chilled martini glass, gently swirling to create decorative streaks. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add raspberry syrup, white chocolate syrup, heavy cream, and milk to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and creamy.
- Strain into the prepared martini glass until smooth and frothy.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a richer texture, substitute milk with half-and-half.
For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and slightly reduce the heavy cream.
Muddle fresh raspberries in the shaker for a stronger raspberry flavor.
Rim the glass with melted white chocolate and sugar for a dessert-style presentation.
Store the mixed liquid (without ice) in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake again with fresh ice before serving.
