Ingredients
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a creamy dressing.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped celery, diced red onion, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.
- Stir until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and mix again.
