Ingredients
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil (for brushing the crust)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the pepperoni, red onions, olives, and bell peppers evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top of the pizza.
- Brush the crust with olive oil for extra flavor and a golden finish.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
