Description

This Savory Pizza Combo is quick, easy, and packed with flavor. Made with simple ingredients, it’s perfect for a busy weeknight or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup sliced red onions

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Olive oil (for brushing the crust)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add the pepperoni, red onions, olives, and bell peppers evenly over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top of the pizza.
  8. Brush the crust with olive oil for extra flavor and a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Customize with your favorite toppings: mushrooms, spinach, or sausage.

For gluten-free pizza, swap the dough for a gluten-free version.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days, and reheated in the oven or skillet.
